When emotional, behavioural, relationship, or life challenges begin to affect your well-being, mental health, or daily functioning, having the right support can make a meaningful difference. Community Counselling for Youth and Families supports children, youth, young adults, and families facing a wide range of concerns that impact their overall wellness.
The program helps individuals and families strengthen their mental health, build coping skills, improve relationships, and achieve their personal goals.
Through individual, family, and caregiver counselling, clients work with experienced therapists to better understand challenges, develop practical strategies, and build on their strengths. Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs and may address concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, family conflict, stress, life transitions, social challenges, and overall well-being. Therapists provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop new skills, and make positive changes. By offering personalized counselling and ongoing support, the program helps individuals and families build resilience, improve functioning, and enhance their quality of life
