Wraparound Fee For Service (paid)

For children (ages 0-11) and youth (ages 12-17) whose families are connected with a Child Welfare agency or who are involved, or at risk of involvement, with the Youth Justice system and are experiencing complex needs.

WrapAround High Fidelity helps participants build a stronger future by improving their quality of life, strengthening their support networks, and helping them achieve goals that matter to them.

Using a strength-based and community-focused approach, a WrapAround Facilitator works with the participant and their family to create a team of professional and natural supports, such as family members, friends, and community connections. Guided by the participant’s voice and choice, the team identifies goals across important life domains and develops practical strategies to overcome barriers. Together, they create a coordinated plan that empowers participants to build on their strengths, access the right supports, and move forward with confidence.
