For children and youth ages 0-18 with complex needs who require support from multiple services, sectors, or systems, and whose current supports need greater coordination to help them succeed.
Whatever It Takes (WIT) helps children, youth, and families access the individualized supports, resources, and coordinated care they need to achieve their goals and improve outcomes across all areas of life.
Through a collaborative, cross-sector approach, WIT brings together service providers, community agencies, and systems such as mental health, health care, education, and other community supports to develop a customized service plan tailored to each child’s unique needs. A neutral WIT Facilitator helps coordinate services, align treatment plans, and ensure all partners are working toward shared goals. The program supports children and youth with complex clinical profiles who may require specialized assessments, intensive family interventions, ongoing service coordination, or additional supports to remain successfully engaged in services. Flexible funding may also be available to address identified service gaps and provide access to resources that support the implementation of the service plan.
