Respite

Respite Services provides youth with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges with supportive summer programming that promotes social connection, skill development, and recreation.

When your child needs opportunities to stay active, build friendships, and enjoy new experiences during the summer, having access to a supportive and inclusive program can make a meaningful difference. Respite Services supports youth with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges through engaging summer recreational programming.

The program helps youth build social connections, develop confidence, and enjoy meaningful recreational experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Through structured summer activities, youth have opportunities to socialize with peers, explore new interests, build independence, and participate in fun, recreational experiences that support their growth and well-being. The team provides individualized support to help participants engage fully in activities and develop skills that can be applied at home, school, and in the community. By creating opportunities for connection, learning, and recreation, Respite Services helps youth have an enjoyable and enriching summer while giving families additional support.
