When you’re facing challenges related to mental health, substance use, school, work, housing, or other aspects of daily life, knowing where to turn for support can feel overwhelming. Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) supports youth ages 12-25 by providing free, integrated services designed to meet a wide range of needs in one welcoming and accessible location.
The program helps youth improve their well-being, achieve their goals, access the right supports, and build the skills and connections needed to thrive.
Through a collaborative, youth-centered approach, YWHO connects young people to a range of services including mental health and substance use support, primary care, employment and education services, housing support, peer support, case management, and system navigation. Services are co-designed with youth and grounded in the needs of the local community, with a focus on creating accessible and inclusive spaces for all youth, including those who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC. Youth can access individual supports, group programming, workshops, drop-in opportunities, and specialized services through The Studio and other hub programs. By bringing multiple services together in one place, YWHO makes it easier for youth to get the support they need, when they need it.
